After graduating with Honors from the Recording Workshop, Jim began working as an intern at Metrosync Studios in Cleveland, Ohio in 2006. While interning at Metrosync, he was quickly promoted to a staff engineer, working on projects for Gerald and Eddie Levert, 30 Seconds to Mars, Hatebreed, and Wanda Jackson to name a few.
After leaving Metrosync, Jim became a Freelance Engineer, also starting work exclusively out of Ante Up Audio. After a short time at Ante Up, he began working on projects for AUA owner, Michael Seifert, and was recently promoted to a staff engineer.
